Senior Project Engineer for the architectural scope of the baggage basement at Schiphol Airport.
The assignment focuses on reviewing the client’s design, preparing the architectural elements for execution, and organizing the necessary parties to achieve a feasible and executable design.

Activities

* Conducting architectural reviews of the client’s design (Definitive Design – DO).
* Developing the Definitive Design into an execution-ready and buildable design.
* Preparing procurement specifications for the architectural components.
* Organizing and selecting suitable subcontractors for the execution.
* Coordinating design details with involved disciplines and stakeholders.
* Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the entire architectural scope to prevent surprises during execution.
* Acting as the connecting link between design, execution, and procurement within the architectural scope.

Conditions

* The contractor works independently and takes ownership of the architectural preparation.
* Has relevant experience with complex architectural projects.
* Works closely with the execution team and reports to the head of work planning and, when requested, to the Technical Manager.
