I am looking for a Salesforce - Solution Architect to join a market-leading insurance company in Prague.

By joining the team, you will be contributing to the CRM platform and helping the team achieve its goal of providing excellent service to customers and developing long-lasting relationships.

Ideally, I am looking for an architect with an understanding of business needs and the ability to develop solutions that can be implemented within IT systems. Someone who actively participates in the development of standards and plans and provides consulting services to the business community and introduces new technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design documents.
• Ensures that the architecture components (and integration) are selected based on the business requirements through a solution selection analysis/evaluation.
• Design and develop Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years' experience in Salesforce Architecture and knowledge of current trends is required in databases, IT infrastructure, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Application Development, Integration and Cloud Computing with insights on the new technologies.
• Proficiency in UML and other visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions.
• Fluent communication skills in Czech, or any other language is a plus.
