I’m looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience as an architect in Workplace Services.
• Possesses expertise in cloud-managed workplace services, including endpoint management for Windows and Mac devices. This is a hard requirement.
• Understands packaging and distribution of applications, printing/scanning solutions, and related infrastructure and security architecture.
• Has experience working in large, highly regulated environments, such as financial institutions.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills to convey complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Is knowledgeable about IT architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF), service management processes, and agile workflows.
• Thrives in a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Who is interested in:

• Translating policies and requirements into high-level architecture designs.
• Creating reference architectures and delivering architecture roadmaps.
• Guiding implementation teams with detailed solution processes.
• Organizing and supporting workshops for decision-making and collaboration.
• Becoming the go-to expert for Apple and Windows endpoint management.
• Staying updated with the latest technologies and trends, translating them into actionable insights.
• Actively participating in architecture governance forums and broader planning sessions.
