Your Role:

As an SAP Payroll Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to provide expert advice and solutions to our diverse client base.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Gathering and translating client payroll requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Resolving complex 3rd line support tickets for multiple clients.
• Contributing to project implementation and providing internal payroll team support.
• Serving as a key point of contact for clients, backed by a supportive team.
• Receiving personalized mentorship to facilitate your onboarding and professional development.
• Participating in collaborative knowledge-sharing and brainstorming sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

• A higher professional or academic level of thinking.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an SAP Payroll Consultant or Administrator.
• Strong independent work ethic and initiative.
• Excellent social and communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.
• Customer-focused, self-directed, and results-oriented approach.
• Ambitious and committed to continuous professional development.
• Proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level), both spoken and written is a must.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
