VP of Operations (Cryogenics)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Operations to lead our compressed gas company's operational endeavors. The VP of Operations will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our company's manufacturing, production, and distribution activities. This key leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in the compressed gas industry, capable of optimizing processes and driving continuous improvements.

Salary: Negotiable

Location: Aurora, IL (On-Site)

Industry: Compressed gas/Cryogenic gas industry

About the role:

The main responsibility of the VP will involve working closely with the GM and middle management to execute strategic planning, make important high-level decisions, and establish the overall direction for manufacturing operations.

Above all else the VP must, internally encourage a collaborative culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Externally, the focus must be on maintaining a positive and fruitful client experience.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Must have hands on engineering experience with cryogenics or compressed gas. (5+ Years)
