Head of Sales & Marketing (ServiceNow) - Remote (Germany)

Do you crave building a high-performing sales engine from the ground up?

This is a call to action for a revenue-generating mastermind with a passion for ServiceNow! We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to spearhead our growth in the German market, all while working remotely!

In this strategic leadership role, the ideal candidate will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales & marketing strategy aligned with ambitious growth goals.
  • Identify and qualify new leads, converting them into loyal customers through compelling presentations and negotiations.
  • Leverage their ServiceNow expertise to position our offerings as the perfect solution for potential clients.
  • Build and nurture a strong network within the ServiceNow community in Germany.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing sales team to amplify their efforts.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales & marketing funnel, from lead generation to customer acquisition.
  • Create and implement effective marketing campaigns (online & offline) to generate brand awareness and leads.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

You are a perfect fit if you possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B sales leadership role (ideally within the tech sector).
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and the German market landscape.
  • A strong network of contacts within the ServiceNow community (a big plus!).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both German and English.
  • A results-oriented and data-driven approach, with a passion for building high-performing teams.
  • The ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
