Offshore Service Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Offshore Service Manager to lead operations at a large-scale offshore wind site. This position combines operational leadership, financial accountability, and logistics coordination in a dynamic renewable energy environment. You will ensure safe, efficient, and profitable service delivery while managing a multidisciplinary team and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations at the offshore site, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Financial Management: Full responsibility for site-level budgeting, cost control, and P&L performance, including KPI tracking and reporting.
• Logistics Oversight: Coordinate complex offshore logistics involving multiple vessels (e.g., SOVs, CTVs) and ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
• Customer Engagement: Act as the primary interface with the client, addressing operational needs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Team Development: Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and high performance.

Ideal Profile

• Proven leadership experience in offshore operations, energy, or heavy industry.
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in managing budgets and KPIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital reporting tools.
