About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior PIC Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development and industrialization of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in the photonics industry and will:

• Contribute to the design and development of active photonic components such as lasers, modulators, and detectors.

• Create integrated PIC solutions by combining active photonic components with silicon designs, utilizing our proprietary technology platform.

• Collaborate with test engineers to execute characterization and validation plans, ensuring our products meet stringent performance and quality benchmarks.

• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into high-impact product designs.

What We’re Looking For

• A Ph.D. in Integrated Photonics or a closely related field.

• At least 2 years of industrial experience in photonics, with a strong focus on photonics and RF design.

• Comprehensive knowledge of photonics manufacturing processes.

• Hands-on experience in optical laboratories, including laser testing and characterization.

• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to solve complex problems.

• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
