Technical Superintendent

About the Fleet Management department

Fleet Management stands for the reliable and efficient use of our own tankers. You will work in a team with three colleagues with whom you will take care of the technical maintenance and surveys of your own ships at home and abroad. In doing so, you arrange all the necessary and legally required certificates.

What does your role look like?

As a Technical Superintendent, you find it a challenge that the ships are and remain in top condition. To this end, you will carry out maintenance inspections, check the technical condition of the ships, supervise service staff and crew, ensure administrative recording in the systems and software and take care of preliminary calculations. In addition, you participate in a weekly timetable.

What do you bring to us?

We are looking for an analytical and steadfast colleague with a demonstrable MBO or HBO working and thinking level. Preferably you are in possession of a mechanical engineering degree or a similar study. You are organizationally strong and have persuasiveness. A minimum of two years of work experience in a similar role is a requirement, as well as a good command of the Dutch language (requirement) and English language. Knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
