Green Hydrogen Project Manager

My client offers technologies for certain other sectors including automation, the production of animal feed and biomass pellets, pumps, machinery for nonwovens, steam boiler plants, biomass boilers and gasification plants for energy generation, flue gas cleaning plants, plants for the production of panelboards (MDF) and thermal sludge utilization.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a deep understanding of hydrogen electrolysis technology and a history of managing complex projects within the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, in alignment with overall company goals and client expectations. Define project objectives, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, technologists, procurement specialists, and other experts. Provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure effective communication to drive project progress.
