Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with development teams to bridge the gap between QA and development, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation
- Design and implement robust QA processes, methodologies, and standards to improve product quality
- Lead and mentor QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Review and enhance test plans, test cases, and the Java and Selenium-based test automation framework
- Identify bottlenecks in the development and testing pipeline and implement solutions for efficient release cycles
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience in a QA leadership role with a focus on aligning QA and development efforts
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Proficiency in test automation, testing frameworks, and QA tools
- Dutch speaking fluency (knock-out)
