Job Profile
As a full-time Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing key contacts and negotiations with clients, and will hold a central position within our growing organization. You will oversee the technical, commercial, and financial results of the projects, as well as handle specific service requests from clients. Your tasks will include full project coordination, from preparation and progress to execution and aftercare.

You will lead the team of Marine & Offshore specialists and collaborate closely with the wider project team. Promoting awareness of quality, safety, health, welfare, and the environment will be a key part of your role. You will ensure proper staffing levels and regularly visit project sites while liaising with both clients and suppliers. As a Project Manager, you will report directly to the branch manager.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Completed MBO training in electrical engineering (or equivalent), with an HBO thinking and working level
• In possession of VCA-VOL (or willing to obtain it)
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Strong organizational skills, customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and flexible
• Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience
