Responsibilities:

* Design and develop innovative physical security systems using cutting-edge technologies for campuses, buildings, and data centers.

* Implement effective measures for fence and vehicle mitigation, access control, CCTV, and intruder detection.

* Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive layered security architecture.

* Conduct thorough risk and vulnerability assessments, identifying and addressing security gaps.

* Ensure compliance with physical security standards and stay updated on industry best practices.

* Manage projects from initiation to completion, taking ownership of technology security solutions.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand security requirements and deliver prompt, efficient service.

* Make informed decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment leveraging technical expertise.

* Utilize AutoCAD and Visio proficiently, adapting to new technologies and products.

* Maintain strong organization awareness of evolving security trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Security or 8+ years of equivalent experience leading large global security programs.

* Extensive knowledge and experience in designing and implementing CCTV, Electronic & Physical Security Systems, and project management.

* Strong decision-making skills for navigating rapidly changing environments.

* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Visio with a willingness to learn new technologies.

* Experience in developing security systems for data centers, understanding their unique requirements.

* Comprehensive understanding of layered security architecture, risk assessments, and compliance with physical security standards.

* Proven ability to take ownership of technology security solutions and manage programs.

* Result-oriented mindset focused on delivering prompt, efficient, and high-quality service.

* Fluent in spoken and written German and English for effective communication.
