I’ve partnered with a cutting-edge UAV technology company in the Netherlands that’s redefining VTOL platforms used across defense, inspection, and public safety domains.

They’re now hiring a Senior UAV Integration Engineer to lead the integration of advanced subsystems (hardware + software) into their next-gen UAV products-ensuring reliability, performance, and innovation from concept through to flight.

You’d own the integration roadmap, coordinate with R&D, Hardware, and Software teams, and play a key role in both system design and incident resolution.

Experience of Interest:

• Strong system integration background across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines.
• Deep expertise in PX4, MAVLink, RF/mesh networking, autopilot systems.
• Experience integrating ISR payloads, C2 systems, LiDAR, and custom sensing technologies.
• Familiarity with low-level programming, real-time processing, and microcontrollers.
• UAV/VTOL product experience from prototyping to deployment.
• Lead R&D initiatives, focusing on next-gen UAV technologies.
• Role based in the Netherlands (hybrid lab/office)
• Salary circa €5,500-€7,000/month + 8% holiday allowance + 27 days PTO
