An International Development Service Provider for Drive Technology is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing embedded software and will be involved in the entire development process, from requirement engineering to UML design, coding in C/C++ to testing and validation. They will create analyzes and concepts and develop software for power electronic systems while consistently applying the Automotive-SPICE development process.
Requirements:
- Experience in software engineering in C/C++ according to MISRA C standard for microcontrollers
- Requirement engineering software design (UML) and software testing (unit tests)
- Matlab / Simulink and code generation
- Qt, Python, or Embedded Linux for diagnostic tools
- Fieldbuses such as CAN and Ethernet,
- FPGA/SoC firmware development in VHDL, and support toolchain
- V model and agile development methods.
- Fluent communication skills in German and a good knowledge of technical English are required
