We are a leading global supplier in the offshore industry and currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for our green energy projects. We are looking for someone who is motivated to find the best technical and financial solutions while managing large-scale projects.

As the most accountable person in the project team, you will have a direct connection to the Vice President in your field.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the tender phase, including contract negotiations
• Overall responsibility for the contract and project, including budget management, risk assessment, and handling claims
• Leading the project team, assigning tasks, and ensuring adequate internal and external resources
• Ensuring the preparation of project-specific documents
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and standards when entering subcontracts
• Handling monthly reporting to management
• Acting as the primary point of contact for the customer during project execution
• Ensuring adherence to applicable standards, procedures, and project specifications

Qualifications:

• Trained engineer, machinist, or similar technical background
• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in international projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Solid experience in negotiating and concluding international contracts
• Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and experience in the wind, construction, consultancy, or steel industry is advantageous.
