My client is on a mission to make Finland a renewable energy Superpower. We specialise in emissions-free, industrial-scale solar power projects complemented with energy storage, wind power and hydrogen solutions to ensure a reliable and secure energy supply in the future. In all that we do, we start from the individual characteristics and opportunities of each area.
We are now seeking a IT Systems Manager with 10+ years expereince with a "hands on attitude", with experience as a project engineer and working in these areas, having grown into this role. Technically skilled in IT and cloud computing and understanding electricity.
Job tasks and responsibilities: Implementing the database/storage.
Objectives of the role: Initiating the implementation process and following the roadmap. Initially, reviewing systems, gathering and compiling various data, comparing different market offerings, and then setting up the system. Subsequently, taking responsibility for the system. Developing and supporting the organization.
Experience in procurement and implementation is crucial, understanding interfaces, ERP and reporting interfaces, and having a strategic perspective.
In the future, we aim and desire to be an IPP (Independent Power Producer), so the future manager should have a strong understanding of electricity, so there's no need for extensive explanations. We seek a hands-on individual with an energy background and expertise, focusing on technical service, data collection, forecasting, and a broad understanding of the big picture.
