Technical Leader – Smart Systems

We are looking for a badass Technical Manager to lead our a business unit at a leading Semiconductor Manufacturer in Switzerland.

You will be responsible for taking our team to the next level and shaping the future of our products and technology. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, be able to establish state-of-the-art design and verification methodologies, and be proficient in modern project management techniques.

Here are some of your responsibilities:

• Lead all technical aspects of our Smart Systems business unit
• Manage a team of engineers and ensure they are productive and motivated
• Define our product and technology roadmaps
• Conduct feasibility studies and manage technical risks
• Ensure our products meet specifications
• Represent the Smart Systems business unit to EM management, customers, and suppliers

Here are some of the skills and experience we are looking for:

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in IC design and technical team leadership
• Background in ultra-low-power, analog/RF, mixed-signal, and digital IC design
• Experience in product or industrialization engineering
• Knowledge of microcontrollers, embedded software, PCB/system design, application engineering, and ATE
• Track record of delivering on-time and first-time-right silicon
• Ability to stimulate a creative and problem-solving mindset in the team
• Ability to influence people and get things done
• Positive attitude and passion for technical excellence
• Experience working in international, multi-site, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
