Head of Engineering – UAV Start-up – Netherlands

Darwin have partnered exclusively with a Netherlands-based Autonomous UAV Manufacturer who are scaling up their Engineering / R&D team.

They are looking for a hands-on Engineering leader to head up their Product & R&D function, ensuring structure, quality and innovation across the business.

You would lead a growing team of Engineers across Software, UAV integration, testing etc.

Experience of Interest

• Strong background in UAV Engineering.
• Leadership of engineering / technical teams and R&D projects.
• End-to-end experience from design, assembly, integration through to flight testing.
• PX4 / flight controller experience.
• Defence / Military background NOT essential but preferred.

This opportunity will suit someone from a strong UAV Engineering background who has proven R&D leadership experience.

Pay circa €8,000 per month + 8% holiday allowance + 27 days. Role to be based in Amsterdam, NL.
