I'm assisting a global leader in the renewable energy space, who is actively seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join the team as a Junior Wind Project Manager. As a key player in the transition to a sustainable energy future, this role is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to the success of their exciting Wind projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of wind projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular progress reports for senior management and project stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of solar projects.
  • Budget Management: Work closely with the finance team to monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards in project deliverables.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, permits, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Having on-site experience would be an advantage.
  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance project performance.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Passion for Renewable Energy: A genuine interest in the renewable energy industry and a commitment to contributing to a sustainable future
