Project Manager Fiber-Optic

Project Manager Fiber Optic / Zurich / CHF 700-800 per day

Darwin Recruitment has a new vacancy at one of our clients located in Zurich, Switzerland where we are looking to hire a temporary Project Manager Fiber & Connectivity to start as soon as possible.

General Conditions:

• Start Date: January 2024 (ASAP)
• End Date: June 2024 (6 months + extensions)
• Location: Zurich 2 days per week / Home office 3 days per week
• Day Rate: Depends on experience. Approx CHF 700-850

Your tasks:

• Leading customer implementation projects
• Ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions with optimal price/performance ratios
• Management and control of the required sub suppliers or external resources
• Coordinating customer information and ensuring the flow of information between the business and customers
• Ensuring customer satisfaction during the project phase
• Escalating and handling any issues during the project phase
• Project completion or project handover to the operational organization
• Project reporting and project documentation

Your qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the fiber and/or telecommunications environment
• Around 5 years experience as a Project Manager (a project management certification is an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and under time pressure
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
