Are you interested in leading a dynamic team focused on IP network solutions? Do you enjoy empowering and developing individuals to reach their full potential and are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and innovation in the field of networking? We are looking for someone who has a strong track record in IP, stands out in qualities like organizational skills, and possesses strong communication skills to lead the team in areas such as IP security, Anti DDoS, automation, and network development.
As a Team Lead you will also be:
- Managing projects, ensuring they align with the annual plan and meet quality standards.
- Driving continuous improvement, recommending design and process enhancements to enhance service quality.
- Embracing challenges, coaching team members, and fostering a customer/stakeholder-oriented environment.
- Doing analyses and building a roadmap to take the team forward.
I'm looking for someone who:
- Has a strong hands-on background in IP networking and IP Design.
- Possesses excellent budget management skills and can initiate and manage projects effectively.
- Demonstrates strong leadership abilities, empowering teams for success.
- Strong communication ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (Dutch is a pre).
