We are seeking a dedicated Site Coordinator to join our team and support one of our ongoing projects. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations, effective coordination, and high-quality delivery under the guidance of our Project Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in site management/coordination, including subcontractor oversight.
• Knowledge or experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is preferred.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and collaborate with a high-demanding client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Subcontractor Coordination: Oversee and align the work of subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Daily Meetings: Participate in daily whiteboard or DABS meetings to track progress and address challenges.
• Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with various vendors to streamline logistics and technical integration.
• Client Interaction: Represent the team in site, safety, and QA/QC meetings to maintain alignment and compliance.
• Documentation Management: Deliver and validate key site documents, including RAMS, ITPs, material checklists, and delivery scopes.
