My client is looking for a Cloud Engineering Team Lead to lead a cross-functional team of engineers. You will be fairly hands-on in this role, while also being responsible for the development of your team.

I'm looking for someone who

• Has at least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud (GCP) and has experience managing infrastructure via Ansible and Terraform.
• Has demonstrated ability to coach, manage and lead other engineers.
• Is good with containerization (Kubernetes) and has experience using Istio.
• Is strong with monitoring, using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Can script or program in Bash, Python, GoLang, or another similar language.
• Has experience working with CDNs.

• Collaborating with the rest of the tech team leaders.

• Ensuring cloud service costs are spent efficiently and are within budget.
