Working within a Spanish health insurance company you will assist on a new project to expand insurance offerings for pets, vet practices and pet stores.
Tasks
- Quantitative and qualitative research
- User interviewers
- Interview finding evaluation and synthesis
- Presentation creation
- Identify the customer journey and their pain points
