Key Information:

Job Title: Technical Project Manager - C++

Working Hours: Full-Time

Remote Possibility: Hybrid - 2 Days Per Week Remote

Location: Dusseldorf

Contract Length: 6 Months Minimum

Language Skills: Fluent English Speaking - German Speaking Preferable.

Location Requirements: Must be within a reasonable distance of Dusseldorf.

Must Have:

· Must have technical C++ development working experience

· Must be German Speaking - C-Level

· Must have experience in IT industry with at least 2 years of experience working with Agile teams as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager or a PM.

· Previous experience in a Medical Devices domain is preferrable

· Working in an Agile development environment is highly desired

· Experience in delivering Embedded products and projects

· Experience in managing cross-functional teams.

· Experience in managing several software projects from the beginning to market release is a must.

· Expertise in using project management tools like MS Project (Gantt chart, CPM), TFS, etc is a must

Technical Skills:

· Creating the project plan including work breakdown structure, Managing research, risk management, etc.

· Meeting the project deadlines, budget and quality.

· Making sure you are creating and managing schedule and tracking the project lifecycle.

· Identifying the project risks

· Making sure project development life cycle meets the quality & regulatory requirements while working closely with Quality Assurance/RA groups.

· Co-ordinating with various external teams during all phases of Software Development.

· Previous experience managing and leading a team of 10-30 people.

Process Skills:

· Experience in managing several software projects from inception to market release is a must.

· Experience in creating and maintaining project documents, plans & reports

· Expertise in using project management tools like MS Project (Gantt chart, CPM), TFS, etc is a must

Certificates:

· Certifications related to Agile, Project Management, Product Management, Inter-personal skills (Preferred)

· Graduate Degree in Computer Science (Or Similar) + PMP / Scrum Master Certificate's are desired.
