Network Capacity Planning Manager
This team is assuming additional Delivery Management R&R on the internal Hardware Deployment Process (vendor quotes, BOM creation, PO requests, Work Orders tracking). Therefore, it is expected for this role to take the related workload. As it is not expected that these activities will take 100% of the working time, it is also expected for the role to provide support on Network Planning activities.The Network Planning activities determine the new Hardware requirements forecast plan.
Main assignments are Delivery Management and support to Network Planning activities
Goal of the assignment:
Delivery Management - to guarantee that new Hardware is deployed in line with the planned forecast dates
Network Planning - Perform Core Network Capacity Planning, Reporting and Forecasting
Delivery Management - get vendor quotes, create BOMs (Bill Of Materials), request POs (Purchase Orders), track Work Orders and follow up installation deployment with internal LG teams in order to guarantee a proper and timely hardware deployment
New Hardware deployed on a proper and timely manner, as per the planned forecast dates
