About the Role:

My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with a passion for developing and deploying high-quality, scalable, and secure applications using Golang and Kubernetes. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of new and existing applications, mentoring junior developers, and driving technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure applications using Golang and Kubernetes
• Mentor junior developers and help grow the technical skills of the team
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and industry standards
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance and security of applications
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Golang and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, microservices architecture, and container orchestration
• Expertise in developing and deploying applications on Kubernetes
• Experience with writing automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
• Strong understanding of security best practices and experience securing applications
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
