Key Information:
Job Title: Software Development Engineer
Working Hours: Full-Time
Remote Possibility: On-Site (100%)
Location: Kortrijk
Contract Length - 6 Months (Chance of Extension)
Language Skills: Great English Skills
Description:
- Develop, Monitor and Improve Software Quality
- Analysing the requirments of the product and translate them into specifications and architectural designs
- Supporting the software development lifecycle whilst working in an agile development environment, to be more specific scrum with constant integration.
- Developing back-end logic and modern UI
- Being in control for one or more software components;
- Keeping track of bugs and fix open issues
- Providing acceptable documentation for the developed software.
- Helping the creation of realistic plans for the development by evaluating the efficient amount of work and time
Skills:
- C
- Python
- Linux (Debian)
- Bash scripting
- Experienced with network communications protocol (UDP or TCP). Related security (SSL) is a benefit.
- Experienced working in a team of developers, open to sharing ideas and knowledge.
