• Design of the software architecture
• Active contribution of ideas and approaches for the further development of our start-up
• Management, coaching and mentoring of the existing development team, consisting of 5 people
• Software engineering over the entire development lifecycle, from the conception to the implementation of the feature and from testing to release
• Ensuring stable and reliable operation, together with our external DevOps partner
• Analysis of business processs a end problems, proactive identification of opportunities and risks, development of technical concepts
• Conducting code reviews

• min. 5 years of experience in PHP and JavaScript
• Several years of experience with frameworks (Laravel, Symfony or Zend for backend, React, Vue.js or AngularJS for frontend)
• Testing and DevOps experience is a plus
• Clean code is no stranger to you and you are used to developing agile and taking responsibility
• You speak fluent German and have good knowledge of English
• Experience in leading a development team
• Advantage: experience from the startup, SaaS, e-government or public sector
