Technical skills
With a background in Continuous Testing and Continuous delivery:
- Continuous Testing in Agile / DevOps way of working
- One of the testing tools: JUnit / JMeter/ Selenium / Postman / SoapUI / Rest-Assured
- Affinity and experience working with Cloud platforms (Azure preferred platform)
- Deployment tools: XLRelease / XLDeploy / Ansible
Desirable technical tools
- One of the following IDE's: Eclipse / IntelliJ / Visual Studio / Topaz (mainframe)
- QA tools: SonarQube / Fortify
- Workflow tools: JIRA / Jenkins / VSTS / Azure DevOps
- Repository management tools: Nexus (Lifecycle)
- Main languages used: Java / JavaScript / Python /C# / .Net
Coaching and training skills:
- Experience in creating and facilitating workshops (on-site and online)
- Coaching other people preferably multiple people spread over multiple teams
- Confortable communicating with different levels of management (development engineers, team leads and senior management)
