Role Overview
As a Commercial Account Manager, you will take the lead in shaping and executing commercial strategies for global growth. You’ll be the key point of contact for high-value consumer brand partners, managing relationships that are central to the company’s international success. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution-from identifying new market opportunities and launching new products, to negotiating deals and driving performance metrics across licensing and distribution partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust commercial strategies aligned with ambitious global growth targets.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring operational excellence and strategic goal alignment.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new licensing and distribution opportunities across global markets.
- Oversee international product launches and ensure on-time delivery in collaboration with internal teams.
- Analyse market trends to drive innovation and expand the company’s product pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing global partners.
- Structure, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including licensing and distribution deals.
- Monitor and report on commercial performance, including sales, forecasts, and profitability.
- Represent the company at key industry events to network, gain insights, and forge new partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, regulatory, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a commercial, account management, or business development role-ideally within FMCG, consumer healthcare, or medical devices.
- Strong track record of managing international clients and driving commercial success through strategic partnerships.
- Experience negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements (licensing or distribution).
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills; able to build trust and rapport with global stakeholders.
- Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and target-driven environment.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.
