Functional profile that has experience on an international roll-out and on S/4 Hana Private Cloud. That could also lead a team of 3-4 consultants.
Key skills and Experience required
- Minimum 5 year’s experience as a Senior Consultant or Lead on PM – EAM
- Minimum 5 year’s experience with S/4 Hana Private Cloud International Roll-out
- Lead end-to-end delivery of EAM implementations or transformations
- Advise clients on asset lifecycle management
- Solution Design & Architecture Oversight
- Stakeholder Management
- Enable predictive maintenance using analytics / IoT
- Drive KPI frameworks (MTBF, MTTR, asset utilization, maintenance cost)
- Lead cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, SMEs)
- Mentor junior consultants
- Deep understanding of asset-intensive industries
- Hands-on or strong oversight experience with SAP EAM / SAP S/4HANA
- Project Management Institute frameworks
