We are looking for a results-oriented Development Engineer to help design, improve, and scale cutting-edge energy systems.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development projects from concept through design, prototyping, validation, and final delivery
- Tackle technical challenges with creativity and precision
- Perform thermodynamic and mechanical simulations and calculations to evaluate and optimize system performance
- Design and develop new components to improve performance, reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
- Set up and conduct experiments to validate theoretical solutions
- Prepare products for mass production, considering manufacturability, installation, operational, and financial aspects
- Manage technical roadmaps, budgets, and timelines
- Initiate procurement processes by contacting suppliers and supporting negotiations
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovations to market
- Travel internationally for prototype installation, testing, and commissioning when required

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong theoretical knowledge combined with practical engineering skills
- Ability to translate customer and market needs into technical specifications
- Experience preparing products for mass production
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
- Proactive, self-starting attitude with strong ownership mindset
- Knowledge of energy markets is a plus
