Director of EHS | EMEA | Data Centre Projects
I’m supporting a leading consultancy on a Director of EHS role across EMEA, working on major data centre construction projects.
Location: Ideally Amsterdam (flexible across Europe)
Coverage: Norway | Sweden | Finland | Italy | Germany | Netherlands | Ireland
Travel: ~50%
The role:
- Lead EHS strategy across multiple live data centre builds
- Act as the owner’s representative with full client exposure
- Drive safety culture, standards, and performance across the region
- Influence contractors and senior stakeholders at project and exec level
- Oversee audits, investigations, reporting, and continuous improvement
What they’re looking for:
- Strong EHS leadership in data centre / mission critical / large-scale construction
- Deep knowledge of European safety frameworks including ISO 45001
- Senior stakeholder and client-facing presence
- Experience across multi-site or regional operations
- EU passport required
This is a high-impact, visible role with real influence across major projects in Europe.
