Business Developer – Industrial Automation | Benelux

Are you a natural deal-maker with a passion for growing business in the industrial automation and IT solutions sector? We’re looking for a New Business Developer to drive our expansion across the Benelux region.
What you’ll do

Spearhead business development efforts and grow our presence in the Benelux market.

Use the Challenger Sales methodology to engage senior stakeholders and win new clients.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, events, and strategic outreach.

Deliver impactful presentations and solutions that solve real client challenges.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to ensure long-term customer success.

Represent the business at industry events and strengthen our brand visibility.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven sales experience in industrial automation, IT, or related industries.
- Deep knowledge of the Benelux market landscape and competitive environment.
- Skilled in negotiation, relationship building, and closing deals.
- Fluent in Dutch & English (French a plus).
- Willingness to travel within the Benelux (approx. 80%).
