Analytics Engineer for Automated Marketing Initiatives

Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful marketing strategies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
I am seeking an Analytics Engineer to join my client. As a key member of their data engineering team, you will be working to turn messy data into clean, accurate, and reusable datasets.
This position requires technical know-how and business understanding to effectively incorporate data into our analytics process, enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a strong analytical component (Master's preferred)
- At least 5+ years of experience in data analytics/engineering
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Power BI/Tableau, or other visualization tool
- Relevant experience with MKT DATA
- Experience with Git and GitHub (or Gitlab, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain high-quality datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements.
- Utilize data modeling techniques (e.g., DBT, SQL, Parquet, Delta)
- Apply transformations for data accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive data documentation.
- Implement DataOps methodologies (e.g., version control, data unit testing)
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify business opportunities and enhance strategies with automated data solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate data insights productization.

- Full remote possibility when working within the Netherlands.
