- Implement & configure SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
- Align performance, goals, and compensation in SuccessFactors to drive results and support strategic workforce planning
Key skills and Experience required
- SuccessFactors certified with 5+ years’ experience
- Proven track record in multiple Performance & Goals implementations
- Experience with Compensation and its link to Performance & Goals
- Strong advisory, communication, and problem-solving skills
- HBO-level thinking; Agile experience is a plus
