SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Drive HR Transformation

What you’ll be doing:

As a key consultant, you’ll bridge the gap between clients and the power of SAP SuccessFactors. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of HR and IT to translate client needs and aspirations into effective SAP SuccessFactors configurations. You’ll take ownership of diverse and stimulating projects, serving as a primary point of contact for clients while being backed by a collaborative and supportive team.

Whether you’re already SAP SuccessFactors certified and ready to hit the ground running on projects and support, or you possess strong experience and are eager to gain certification (with dedicated support and a “buddy” system provided), this is an exceptional opportunity. You’ll benefit from a dedicated mentor to guide your integration and development within the organization. Continuous learning and knowledge sharing are integral to their culture, with ample opportunities for brainstorming, consultation, and professional growth.

What we’re looking for:

  • Higher professional or academic work and thinking level.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and/or management (certification is a strong advantage).
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building rapport with both clients and colleagues.
  • Strong customer focus, self-direction, and a drive to achieve results.
  • Ambitious with a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level), both spoken and written.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
