The Role
The Commercial Account Manager plays a vital role in driving company growth and managing key business relationships with global consumer brands. This position is responsible for overseeing commercial operations and expanding the international portfolio through new licensing and distribution partnerships. The role spans from conducting market analysis to managing product launches and post-market performance reviews, ensuring the delivery of high-quality product solutions to customers and end users.
Working within a dynamic and collaborative environment, the Commercial Account Manager helps align cross-functional teams around company goals. Success in this role will lead to the development of strategic partnerships, geographic expansion, new product opportunities, high client satisfaction, and significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to meet ambitious growth targets.
- Manage client accounts to ensure seamless execution of operations and achievement of strategic goals in line with forecasts and agreements.
- Drive client development through new product initiatives, extensions, and international market launches.
- Identify market opportunities to support innovation and expand the product development pipeline.
- Prospect new business by identifying and qualifying global partners and creating strategic business plans.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing partners.
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, including licensing and distribution deals.
- Oversee successful and timely execution of new product launches.
- Monitor and report on commercial performance, including sales analysis, forecasts, and client profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events to establish new partnerships and uncover opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, R&D, supply chain, regulatory, and quality assurance.
